Sweet16 was the Mac-native GS emulator of the 2000s, built from the Bernie ][ the Rescue lineage with a proper Cocoa interface, drag-and-drop disks and good sound. It stopped at the 32-bit era of macOS and will not launch on current systems, but for a decade it was the pleasant way to run GS/OS on a Mac.
