About
There are stories that are not told, they are lived. Infogrames' 1986 adaptation of Francois Bourgeon's comic series puts you on the eve of the French Revolution as Isa, Hoel the Breton sailor, and more than fifteen other characters: a Royal Navy surgeon, a slave philosopher, a libertine, a shy shipmaster.
You fight with cannon aboard the Foudroyant, meet King Kpengla of Dahomey, face the beasts of the savannah and the intrigues of the police. You arrange the adventure as director, then live the consequences as a character. The art reproduces Bourgeon's panels frame by frame.
Brutal Deluxe's IIGS version, December 2021, is a single 800K .2mg with all five languages. This archive does not host the disk; get it from the Brutal Deluxe page.
