About
The newest IIGS emulator and the one to start with if you have never run one. GSSquared emulates the whole family (II, II+, IIe, enhanced IIe, IIe with a 65816 and the IIgs) from one app, with a System Select screen, composite and RGB monitor modes, a drive-activity HUD and a control panel, packaged ready to run on Mac, Windows and Linux. Version 1.0 landed on 30 September 2026 and a browser build runs on the project site. Singularity GS credits it as a development tool.
