About
To gain your way into the upper sect of the holy order, as your father always wanted, you must beat the finest fighters in the land. A port of the Atari ST fighting game Paradox wrote for Eidersoft in 1986, which was itself a close cousin of International Karate.
Arrow keys and Enter pick options; in the game you are the blue fighter and the opponents are red, with energy bars at the top. Single player climbs a ladder of harder opponents with tests of strength between bouts; two player mode is a straight energy contest with no score. Watch for other events later in the quest, some of which help.
Brutal Deluxe's IIGS version came out in November 2022 as a zip with a 1 MB .po. This archive does not host the disk; get it from the Brutal Deluxe page.
