About
Before WebAssembly, the FTA's Olivier Goguel built ActiveGS, a KEGS-derived emulator packaged as a browser plug-in so the group's demos could play on their website, plus an iOS app ("ActiveGS, Best of FTA"). The plug-in era is over, but it was the first time a GS demo ran inside a web page, and the FTA site still describes it.
